Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been low since the last message. The largest event in the period was a C3.9 flare at 19:14 UT yesterday from the target region NOAA 14197 (S18W45). This region retains a beta–gamma/E- type configuration and produced several other low C-class flares during the period. The default target shall remain with NOAA 14197 today. Additionally, NOAA ARs 14207 (N30E45; beta/E-type), 14201 (S22W30; alpha/H-type), 14191 (N11W89; beta/C-type), and 14199 (N04W29; beta/C-type) were the sources of several C2–C3 flares over the past 24 hours. Additional C-class activity is expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14197 on 2-Sep-2025 at 11:30 UT is:
S18W45 (641",-372")
