Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains low. The B9.5 flare at 00:01 UT today was produced by a newly emerging region in the northwest quadrant which has been designated NOAA 11244 and which shall be the new target region. The region is currently classified as a beta region and is likely to produce further B-level activity with chance for an isolated C-class flare if it continues to develop.
The position of NOAA 11244 on 3-Jul-2011 at 10:30 UT is:
N15W29, ( 450", 202" )
