Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 3282 developed somewhat in its leading polarity portion. 3282 is maintaining an E-type sunspot group with minor mixed polarities within its intermediate area. 3282 was the source of a few minor C-class events since the last message. NOAA regions 3281 and 3280 also produced minor C-class events during the past 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 3282 on April 16 at 14:30 UT is:
N12E28 (-441", 278")
