Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains unchanged since the last message. The coronal loop system now visible on the southeast limb has remained quiescent since rotating into view, but shall continue to be the target region for the next 24 hours. Slight chance of an isolated low-level event.
The approximate position of the target region on 23-Dec-2018 at 14:30 UT is:
S06E90, ( -970", -102" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
Regards,
