Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has remained low since the last message. The largest event during the period was a C1.2 flare at 12:59 UT yesterday from an unnumbered region near the northeast limb (N06E88). NOAA 14378 and NOAA 14385 each also produced a ~C1 flare during the period. The target region NOAA 14381 (N08W18, beta/E-type) produced only a few high B-class flares during the period, but its trailing portion continues to show signs of flux emergence. Today, we will continue to observe NOAA 14381 as the default target with a focus towards its trailing portion. Additional low C-class activity is possible over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14381 on 7-March-2026 at 12:30 UT is:
N08W18, (296",249")
