Dear Collaborators,
Quiet-Sun conditions prevail. Yesterday's new cycle target region has decayed since the last message. The old cycle region close to disk center retains its beta configuration and has developed a pair of sunspots, but remains quiescent and unnumbered. It shall be the new target region with no change in activity expected over the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target region on 22-Dec-2019 at 14:30 UT is:
N03E11, ( -194", 81" )
