Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is moderate. The target region NOAA 12936
has shown some evolution over the past 24 hours, now being classified
as a beta/E-type sunspot group. This region contains some intermediate
pores, several of which have consolidated into the primary leading and
trailing sunspots. NOAA 12396 has continued producing C-class activity
since the last message (6 in total, but all low C-class). Additional
C-class activity is expected over the following 24-hour period, while
the Max Millennium coordinated observing plan #003 (Region Likely To
Produce A Major Flare) will remain in effect as NOAA 12936 retains the
potential to produce a >M5 flare.

MM#003 Major Flare Watch
Dear Collaborators,
At this time we are implementing Max Millennium coordinated
observing plan #003 (Region Likely To Produce A Major Flare).
Target region NOAA 2936 has developed a weak magnetic delta
in the trailing portion of its E-type/beta-gamma-delta sunspot
group. 2936 produced an isolated M1.1 event and several
C-class events since the last message. The M1.1 was at
01/29/23:32 UT. Another low level M-class event is likely
with an event >M4 possible. There is only a slight chance
of an X-class event in the next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2936 continues to increase its
sunspot area and spot count. 2936 has a large compact
E-type/beta sunspot group with a mostly E-W magnetic
inversion line with leading and trailing polarities closely
spaced. Continued growth might result in the region
forming a magnetic delta configuration. 2936 produced
several C-class events since the last message.
The largest was a C6.9 at 01/29/12:19 UT. A region
beyond the southeastern limb at approximately
S16 was the source of a limb occulted C7.3 event at
01/29/16:55 UT. C-class events certain with an excellent
chance of an isolated low level M-class event. A larger
M-class (>M3) is possible if a magnetic delta configuration
develops in the next 24 hour period.

Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2936 developed significantly in
the past 24 hour period. New flux emergence within
the leading and intermediate portion has increased
sunspot area and spot count. Should growth continue
the region may develop a magnetic delta configuration.
2936 was the source of eight minor C-class events
since the last message. The largest was a C3.1
at 01/28/17:35 UT. C-class events expected and if
the region continues in growth phase, there is a
good chance of an isolated M-class event in the next
24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2938 (N18E63, B-type/beta) produced
numerous B-class events and a C1.4 event at 01/27/12:26 UT.
2938 has decayed somewhat losing penumbral area. The
target will switch back to NOAA 2936. 2936 has slightly
increased its sunspot area and spot count but its sunspot
group remains a D-type/beta. If possible, include 2938
within your FOV. Another C-class event likely with a slight
chance of an isolated M-class event in the next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2936 (N16E53, D-type/beta) is mostly
unchanged and was the source of only minor B-class
activity since the last message. We will switch to a new
region located just east of 2936. The new target produced a
few C-class events including a C9.9 event at 01/25/23:49
and a C7.2 event at 01/26/07:32 UT. The region is currently
displaying a small C-type/beta sunspot group with some
mixed polarities. If possible, include 2936 within your FOV.
C-class activity likely with an isolated M-class event possible
in the next 24 hours.

2936 is currently displaying a D-type/beta sunspot group.

Target region NOAA 2934 (S25E18) has been quiescent
since the last message. The target will switch to a new
region located on the northeastern limb. This region was
the source of a few B-class and two C-class events today.
The largest event was a C1.1 at 01/24/02:37 UT. The
region's sunspot group is too close to the limb to
ascertain its magnetic configuration. B-class events
likely with C-class events possible in the next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues to be at a very low level. The largest event
since the last message was a B6.4 flare at 01/22/06:55 UT produced
by NOAA 12930 which has completely rotated over the west limb now.
At present there are two regions with sunspots on the visible solar disk,
NOAA 12933 and 12934, both of which have an alpha/H-type configuration.
12933 (S19W80) is rotating over the west limb. The target will be 12934
today. Only low activities are possible in the next 24 hours.

Solar activity has been at a very low level. Only a few B-class flares
were produced by the target region NOAA 12929 (the largest one being
a B5.5 at 01/21/08:07 UT). 12929 has rotated beyond the west limb
with some overlying loops visible. Today we will watch this region for a
final 24 hours. B-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.
