Solar activity is at a low to moderate level. Yesterday's target (NOAA
12253) was responsible for another M-class event, a M1.3 flare on
04-Jan-2015 at 15:35 UT, as well as further C-class events. The mixed
polarity spot in the leading portion of the region has continued to
weaken, but continues to show evidence for shearing. The region shows
signs of flux emergence within the intermediate portion and still
maintains the capacity to release a >M5 flare. The MFW will continue
for at least the following 24 hours. Further C-class activity is
expected with the chance for a >M5 event.

message, a M1.1 flare on 02-Jan-2015 at 09:47 UT, as well as further
C-class events. The mixed polarity spot in the leading portion of the
region has weakened somewhat, but still maintains the capacity to
release a >M5 flare. The MFW will continue for at least the following
24 hours. Further C-class activity is expected with the chance for a
>M5 event.

continued to release C-class events with increasing frequency. The
mixed polarity spot mentioned yesterday in the leading portion of the
region has increased in strength and now shows evidence for a delta
classification with significant shearing and exhibits a strong double
polarity separation line. Due to the enhanced probability for a >M5
flare, a Major Flare Watch is now in effect. Further C-class activity
is expected with the chance for a >M5 event.

C-class flares since the previous message. The region shows evidence
for further flux emergence and now exhibits a small mixed polarity
spot with a double polarity-separation line. Further C-class activity
is expected, with a chance for a low M-class flare.

not released significant activity since the previous message and is in
a state of decay. On the other hand, the new region mentioned
yesterday has been designated as NOAA 12253, and shows evidence of
continuing flux emergence and a gamma magnetic classification. The
region was the source of a series of C-class events. Further C-class
activity is expected with a chance for a high C-class flare.

~S05E65, and shows evidence for a gamma classification, but has not
released significant activity thus far. NOAA 12251 will remain the

activity is expected with a chance for a moderate C-class event.

Solar activity is low. Yesterday's target (12249) has not produced
significant activity since the previous message, and it has now
rotated over the limb. On the other hand, NOAA 12248 was responsible
for a series of low C-class events, which is subsiding. NOAA 12251 has
newly emerged and appears to be forming a mixed polarity spot in its
northern intermediate portion. It has released a low C-class event so
far. Further low C-class activity is expected with a chance for a high
C-class event.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2249 was the source of C-class events
and an isolated M2.2 event at 12/27/02:16 UT. 2249 is
maintaining its D-type/beta-gamma sunspot group. C-class
events expected with another isolated M-class event possible
in the next 24 hour period.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA regions 2241 and 2242 are now a few days beyond
the southwestern limb. The new target is recently emerged
NOAA 2249. 2249 is currently a developing region with a
D-type/beta-gamma sunspot group. C-class activity expected
with a slight chance of an isolated M-class event in the next
24 hours.
