Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. Since the last message,
the largest event was a West-limb flare (a B9.0 flare on
27-Aug-2013 at 15:56 UT). Yesterday's target region
(NOAA 11835) has shown some signs of spot
development in its trailing portion. The region was
responsible for a ~B4.0 flare that is currently in progress
(peak at around 17:30 UT). Further B class activity is
expected with a chance for high B-class events.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. The largest event since
the previous message was a B7.7 flare released by NOAA
11834 on 27-Aug-2013 at 08:35 UT. The region is a decayed
bipolar feature which may have been destabilised by a new
region that has rotated over the East limb (near N10E75).
The new region shows evidence of an alpha/H-type magnetic
configuration. Yesterday's target (NOAA 11835) has not
produced significant activity since the previous message but
still shows the largest spot area of the regions on disk. Also,
its trailing polarity spots have strengthened, thereby
increasing the gradient along its main polarity separation line.
B-class activity is expected with a chance for high B-class
events.

The level of solar activity is very low. No significant activity
has occurred since the previous message. Yesterday's
target region (NOAA 11830) has rotated over the West limb.
Since NOAA 11835 currently exhibits the largest spot area
of the regions on disk, it is now designated as the new target
region. B-class activity is likely, with a chance for a high
B-class event.

spot area and number of spots as it rotates towards the West limb.
B-class activity is expected in the following 24 hours, with a
chance for low C-class events.

Solar activity is at a low level. NOAA 11830 has slowed in its growth
since the last message. This region has shown a minor increase in spot
area over the past 24 hours, maintained a beta/D-type sunspot group
classification and produced a C1.0 flare on 23-Aug-2013 at 16:45 UT.
B-class activity is expected over the following 24 hours, with a good
chance for further C-class events.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. NOAA 11820 has started to decay
in the past 24 hours, decreasing in spot area and number of spots as
well as being classified as a beta/D-type sunspot group. NOAA 11820
produced two C-class events since yesterday's message, the largest
being a C1.9 flare on 22-Aug-2013 at 23:56 UT that might have been
magnetically connected to NOAA 11830. NOAA region 11830 will be the
new target as it has shown signs of new flux emergence in the past
24 hours and has formed mature leading and following spots. Further
C-class activity is likely in the next 24 hours.

the West limb and was the source of the largest event in the past 24
hours (a foot-point occulted C4.1 flare on 22-Aug-2013 at 04:49 UT).
NOAA 11820 has continued to emerge new magnetic flux, increasing in
spot area and number of spots while maintaining a beta-gamma/D-type
sunspot group classification. Further C-class activity is likely in
the following 24 hours.

The level of solar activity remains low. NOAA 11820 and 11827 are the
most complex regions on the visible disk, both being classified by NOAA
as beta-gamma/D-type sunspot groups. NOAA 11820 has continued to emerge
new magnetic flux since yesterday's message, producing several H-alpha
optical flares in the past 24 hours. B-class events are expected in the
next 24 hours, with a good chance for C-class activity if 11820 emerges
more magnetic flux.

Solar activity is at a low level. NOAA region 11818 has maintained
spot area and decreased in number of spots as it rotates towards the
West limb, producing 2 C-class events since yesterday's message (the
largest being a C1.6 flare on 20-Aug-2013 at 09:57 UT). This region
is now classified by NOAA as an alpha/H-type sunspot group, but may
still contain the remnants of the delta spot on the northern edge of
the leading spot. NOAA region 11820 has undergone a period of rapid
flux emergence over the past 24 hours, growing significantly in both
spot area and number of spots, as well as developing a mixed polarity
intermediate spot region. C-class events are likely in the following
24 hours, particularly if 11820 continues to emerge new flux.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has returned to a low level. NOAA 11824 has emerged
new spots within its intermediate region and is now classified by
NOAA as a beta-gamma/D-type sunspot group. NOAA 11818 has decayed
somewhat since yesterday's message, but retains a small delta spot
within the main leading spot. 11818 has lost its intermediate spots
and decreased in complexity to a beta-delta/C-type sunspot group
classification. Neither 11818 nor 11824 has produced any noticeable
activity since yesterday's message. B-class events are expected in
in following 24 hours, with a chance for C-class events and a very
small chance of another isolated M-class event.
