Solar activity remains at low levels. The target region on the northeast
limb has now been designated as NOAA 11580 and was the source of a C4.5
flare at 17:47 UT yesterday. The region is classified as a simple beta
region and may produce additional isolated low-level events over the next
24 hours.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The new region on the southeast limb is now designated as NOAA 11579 but
has been relatively quiet since rotating on to the visible disk. Yet
another, as-yet unnumbered, region has since appeared on the northeast limb
producing a number of high B/low C-class flares, including a C3.6 flare at
04:24 UT today. The magnetic configuration of this new target region is
uncertain but further low-to-intermediate level events are expected.
The approximate position of the new target region on 25-Sep-2012 at 09:00

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 11575 has remained inactive since the last message and has begun to
show signs of decay. A new region rotating on to the south east limb was
the source of a long duration C1.7 flare at 15:02 UT yesterday and shall be
the new target region. The flare was concurrent with a large scale CME
observed in LASCO images indicating possible increased activity over the
next 24 hours as the region rotates onto the disk.
The approximate position of the new target region on 24-Sep-2012 at 09:00

NOAA 11575 has increased in sunspot area over the past 24 hours due to some
negative flux emergence within the trailing positive plage, and is now
classified as a beta-gamma region. The region has remained quiescent but
increased activity is possible if it continues to develop.

Solar activity continues at low levels with B- and C-class flares emanating
from both NOAA 11575 and 11576. NOAA 11575 is the larger of the two sunspot
groups and shall remain the target region. The region has some mixed
polarity in its leader spot and is likely to produce further isolated
low-level events.

A new region on the eastern limb, designated NOAA 11575, has been the
source of several low C-class flares over the past 48 hours and shall be
the new target region. The region is currently classified as having a
beta/D-type configuration and is likely to produce further C-level events
over the next 24 hours.
