Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Activity is a moderate to low levels with a number of B and C class events
occurring in the past 24 hours. NOAA 1613 continues to decay and has been
down graded to a beta class region. Despite this, it continues to be the
most flare productive and will remain the target of opportunity for today.
B and C class activity is probable

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has reduced somewhat, with the largest event in the past 24
hours being a C6, produced by NOAA 1610. Regions 1610, 1611, 1613, 1614 and
1615 are all producing low level events. Many of the small surrounding
spots of 1613 - the focus of the major flare watch earlier this week - are
fragmenting. However, the main sunspot is maintaining its D-type
characterization and is still classified beta-gamma-delta. This will
remains today's target, with continued C class flares probable, and a slim
chance of another M class event.

MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 1613 has decayed significantly in the past 24 hours but
is still maintaining a D-type sunspot group with a very weak
delta configuration that is rapidly decaying. We'll watch it for at
least one more day. 1613 was the source of two low-level
M-class events since the last message. The largest M-class
was an M2.8 at 11/13/20:54 UT. NOAA 1614, N16E37, currently a
D-type/beta region, produced a C4.3 event at 11/14/13:45. C-class
events probable from 1613 and 1614 in the next 24 hour period.

MM#003 Major Flare Watch
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 1613 has decayed somewhat since the last
message but is still maintaining a D-type sunspot group with
a beta-gamma-delta magnetic configuration. 1613 produced
an M2.5 event today at 05:48 UT. Another M-class event is possible
with the chance of another major event =/>M5 in the next 24 hour period.
We will continue the Major Flare Watch for another day. Two
other noteworthy regions are NOAA 1614 (N17E50) that has emerging
flux within its trailing portion and a new bright region located just
beyond the northeastern limb at approximately N17. These regions
have the potential to produce C-class activity with a chance
of an M-class event.

MM#003 Major Flare Watch
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
New flux emerging near old NOAA 1613 has developed rapidly
during the past several hours resulting in a complex magnetic delta
configuration. the region was the source of a major M6.0
event at 11/13/02:04 UT. At this time we are implementing
Max Millennium coordinated observing plan #003
(Region Likely To Produce A Major Flare). Another event
=/>M5 is possible in the next 24 to 48 hours.

MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The target region, now numbered NOAA 1614, was the source of
2 C-class events since the last message. NOAA regions 1610 and
1613 also produced C-class events. 1614 is mostly unchanged
maintaining a D-type/beta sunspot group. It is currently the brightest
plage on the visible disk. Another C-class event is possible with a
slight chance of a low-level M-class event in the next 24 hour period.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is increasing a little with a series of C and M class
flares. NOAA 11611 remains the most magnetically complex region on the
disk, with a classification of beta-gamma. Between 11611 and the
neighboring 11612, there are three well developed sunspots. However, a
region rotating onto the north east limb has been very active over the past
48 hours. It has produced multiple C class events (many of which may have
been occulted) and a single M1 event. This region is very bright in soft
X-rays and EUV emissions. Although it is too close to the limb to discern
it's magnetic complexity, there are signs of at least two large sunspots.
Between this unnamed region, and NOAA 11611, there is a very good chance of
continued C class and possible M class activity.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is still quite low. However, there are two regions that may
begin producing higher levels of activity. NOAA 11610 is close to the
meridian in the southern hemisphere. This region has shown growth in the
past 24-36 hours, including the emergence of two sunspots. The leading spot
remains somewhat fragmented but the trailing spot has developed penumbra.
In addition, this region is showing significant H-halpha emission. The
second region is NOAA 11611 close to the east limb which has just been
characterized as gamma-beta magnetic complexity. Although this region
remains largely unchanged from yesterday, it will remain the target of
opportunity for today. C class activity is probable, with a chance of some
M class activity.

Activity remains low to moderate, with a number of B and C class flares
produced in the past 24 hours. Yesterday’s target has been numbered NOAA
11611 with another region 11612 in very close proximity. These combined
regions consist of three strong sunspots, all with well defined penumbrae
and is showing bright H-alpha emission. Combined, these regions offer the
highest chance of C-M class activity over the next 24 hours.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The unnamed active region that has just rotated onto the north east limb
produced an M1 flare around 02:00 UT. The region is showing signs of strong
magnetic field, at least one penumbral sunspot, and bright H-alpha
emission. This region is a good candidate for C flares and possibly further
M flares.
