Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains low. There was an isolated C2.0 flare at 02:26 UT today from an unnumbered region in the northeast quadrant. NOAA 11195 has decayed significantly over the past 24 hours, so the new target region shall be NOAA 11199; a newly emerged bipolar region in the northwest quadrant which has already produced some B-level flares. Good chance for C-level activity if the region continues to develop.
The position of NOAA 11199 on 27-Apr-2011 at 08:30 UT is:
N21W28, ( 422", 404" )
