Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at very low levels. NOAA 12751 has now completely decayed. A small, bipolar region has emerged in the northeast quadrant since the last message. This shall become the new target region although no significant change in activity is expected over the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target region on 4-Nov-2019 at 12:30 UT is:
N05E37, ( -593", 38" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
