Dear Collaborators,
NOAA 12939 near the southwest limb was the source of an M1.4 flare at 08:25 UT, as well as some low C-class activity. NOAA 12941 has remained quiescent since the last message and has shown signs of decay. Although the magnetic configuration of NOAA 12939 is unclear at this time, it shall be the new target region for the next 24 hours. Further C-level activity likely, with chance for another low M-flare before west limb passage.
The position of NOAA 12939 on 12-Feb-2022 at 12:30 UT is:
S16W91, ( 933", -267" )
