Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at a very low level. A small number of flares were produced over the last 24 hours, the largest being a partially occulted C2.2 from NOAA 14374 at 06:20 UT today. The solar disk remains quiet, but shows signs of an active region approaching from the northeastern limb. The target region will remain as NOAA 14377 but this, along with others, has shown signs of decay. Further low C-class activity is expected.
The position of NOAA 14377 on 22-February-2026 at 16:30 UT is
N07W41, (633", 207") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
