Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a low level. The largest event of the period was a C5.4 flare at 02:56 UT today from NOAA 13912. Today the target will switch to this region due to its activity history. 13912 retains a beta-gamma/ E-type configuration but increases the sunspot area and number of spots slightly. Yesterday's target NOAA 13906 seems to enter its decay phase and has been flare quiet since the last message. Also note that a southeast limb region (S15E89) produced four C-class activities during the period. Only C-class activities are expected in the following 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13912 on December 3 at 04:30 UT is: S05E24 (-395", -94")
