MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 1654 produced C-class events in the past 24 hours. It is maintaining its large E-type/beta sunspot group. Former target NOAA 1652, N19E17, is classified more magnetically complex with its beta-gamma-delta classification. The small delta configuration is located in the leading sunspot but 1654 is more dynamic with brighter H-alpha plage and continuous dark surges. There is a chance of an isolated M-class event from either region in the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 1654 on January 10 at 14:00 UT is: N10E52 (Solar X = -758", Solar Y = 211")
