Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at intermediate levels. NOAA 13141 was the source of several C-class flares and another two M1 flares since the last message. It retains its beta-gamma-delta configuration but appears to be in decay. Meanwhile, NOAA 13140 to the northwest has shown signs of rapid flux emergence. Major Flare Watch shall remain in effect for a further 24 hour due to the increased possibility of an
M5 flare. NOAA 13141 shall continue as the target region but keep
NOAA 13140 in your field of view as well if possible.
The position of NOAA 13141 on 12-Nov-2022 at 12:30 UT is:
N14W21, ( 338", 186" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
