Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity continues at extremely low levels. NOAA 12709 remains classified as an alpha/A-type sunspot group today but appears to have decayed slightly since the last message. It was the source of a minor A-class event and shall remain the target. No significant flaring activity expected over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12709 on 10-May-2018 at 18:00 UT is:
N05E42 = ( -635", 122" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
