Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at moderate-to-low levels. The largest event was a long-duration M1.1 flare at 21:30 UT on 26-Aug-2023 from a southeast limb region (unnumbered yet). Today the target region shall switch to this region. Yesterday’s target (NOAA 13405) was only the source of a few low-C flares with magnetic signs of decay. More C-class activities are probable in the next 24 hours with a slight chance of another low M-class flare.
The approximate position of the target on 27-Aug-2023 at 11:30 UT
S06E90 (-959", -93")
