Quiet-Sun conditions continue. There have been no notable events since the last message. The target region NOAA 12480 remains quiescent as it crosses the central meridian. No significant increase in activity is expected over the next 24 hours. Also include NOAA 12483 in your field of view if possible.
The position of NOAA 12480 on 11-Jan-2016 at 18:35 UT is:
N02E06, ( -102", 104" )
