Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at a low level. A small number of flares were produced in the last 24 hours, the largest being a C3.5 from NOAA 14241 at 17:45 UT yesterday. NOAA 14236 has remained quiet since the last message as it begins to approach the northwestern limb. However, as this region retains its beta-gamma classification, it will continue as the target region. Further C-class activity is expected.
The position of NOAA 14236 on 05-October-2025 at 11:30 UT is
N10W50, (725", 97") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
