Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity continues to be low. New region NOAA 12530 has been designated as a beta/C-type sunspot group and has been devoid of flaring activity. NOAA 12529 remains the largest region on the visible disk and has grown marginally in spot area and number of spots over the past 24 hours. NOAA 12529 is still classified as a beta/E-type sunspot group and has continued to produce C-class activity, including the largest event since the last message (a C1.8 flare on 12-Apr-2016 at 07:40 UT). Further C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12529 on 12-Apr-2016 at 12:00 UT is:
N09E21, ( -345", 239" )
