Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is very low. No flares occurred since the last message, but there was a CME (probably from the far side) that appeared in LASCO C2 at ~9:00 UT on August 2. The target region has been designated as NOAA 12717, which only has a very tiny spot and an A-type/alpha configuration. Minor events are possible over the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 12717 on August 2 at 16:10 UT is: S07E19 (-306", -206")
