Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a very low level. The largest event since the last message was a C1.7 flare at 06:04 UT today from the target region NOAA 13259. 13259 retains a beta/B-type classification and also produced a B9 flare in the period. NOAA 13259 shall continue as the target region for the next 24 hours. Please note that some other active regions, NOAA 13257 (S27E07), 13262 (S18E49), 13260 (N20E09) and a spotless region (S16E25) also produced several high B-class flares during the period. If possible, please also include NOAA 13257 in your field of view. More high B-class and low C-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13259 on 24-Mar-2023 at 12:30 UT is:
S22W00 (0", -251")
