MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 1654 has decayed losing significant magnetic complexity, sunspot area and sunspot count in the past 24 hours. It currently has a simple beta magnetic configuration. NOAA 1652 (N18W90) was the source of minor C-class events during west limb passage. No significant solar flare activity expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 1654 on January 18 at 14:00 UT is: N07W55 (Solar X = 794", Solar Y = 166")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
