MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The regions on the visible solar disk are mostly unchanged and are producing only minor events. The target will switch to a new region located in the area of old NOAA 1904. This region was the source of a few occulted C-class events. The largest was a C2.6 at 12/09/16:56 UT. Additional C-class events expected with a slight chance of an isolated M-class event in the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on Dec. 09 at 13:30 UT is: N09 E89 (Solar X = -962", Solar Y = 153")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
