Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity appears to be on the increase due to the presence of a new active region rotating on to the southeast limb. The region has produced a number of occulted B-level events since the last message, as well as a C1.0 flare at 05:00 UT today. This shall be the new target region with further low-to-intermediate level activity expected over the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target region on 26-Jul-2014 at 07:35 UT is:
S13E87, ( -918", -217" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
