Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at the low C-level, with events emanating from both NOAA 12158 and 12164 since the last message. NOAA 12158 is now transiting the western limb and therefore NOAA 12164 shall be the new target region. The region has a beta/E-type configuration, and has shown signs of development over the past 24 hours. Further low-level activity likely.
The position of NOAA 12164 on 17-Sep-2014 at 11:35 UT is:
S13W47, ( 681", -292" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
