Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity has increased since the last message. The target region NOAA 14366 has produced four high-M and four X-class flares, including the largest magnitude being an X8.1 at 23:44 UT yesterday. This productive region has been classified as a beta-gamma-delta/E-type sunspot group, showing the emergence of significant mixed and shearing magnetic fluxes. More >M5 flares are very likely in the coming days.
The position of NOAA 14366 on 2-Feb-2026 08:30 UT is:
N14E30 (-473", 322")
