Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a low level. Target region NOAA 13460 has again remained stable since the last message, continuing to be classified as a beta-gamma/D-type sunspot group. NOAA 13460 did not produce any flares in the period while NOAA 13464 (a beta/C-type group) produced a single flare that was the largest magnitude (a C3.9 on 15-Oct-2023 at 16:22 UT), and so becomes the new target. More C-class flares are likely in the following 24-hour period.
The position of NOAA 13464 on 15-Oct-2023 at 20:00 UT is:
N04W02 , ( 35", -31" )
