MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
Solar flare activity continues at an extremely low level. The visible solar disk is spotless. The large decaying target region is mostly unchanged. The active/eruptive filament located on the region's main magnetic inversion line reappeared with a couple of segments. No noteworthy solar flare events expected in the next 24 hour period.
The position of the target on September 03 at 16:00 UT is: N31W30 (Solar X = 409", Solar Y = 399")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
