MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 3055 (S16W14) is now decaying somewhat and was only able to produce one minor C1.6 event in the past 24 hours. The target will switch to NOAA 3053 today. 3053 has developed a tiny magnetic delta configuration since the last message. The delta spot is located within the northeastern trailing polarity portion in its large E-type sunspot group. 3053 was the source of 5 C-class events today. C-class events expected with only a slight chance of an isolated M-class event in the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 3053 on July 13 at 14:45 UT is: N17W26 (Solar X = 397", Solar Y = 217")
