Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased to a moderate level since the last message. The largest event during the period was an M2.7 flare at 13:46 UT today from NOAA 14366 (N14W53; beta-gamma-delta/F-type). This region also produced two additional ~M2 flares and several C-class flares during the period. We will continue monitoring NOAA 14366 today. C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours, with a chance of additional low M-class events.
The position of NOAA 14366 on 8-Feb-2026 12:30 UT is:
N14W53 (755",298")
