Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is extremely low. Yesterday's target region was designated as NOAA 12684, but produced no flaring activity and has already decayed to plage. Some high-lying loops are visible over the SE limb, most likely from the return of the region previously numbered as NOAA 12681. B-class activity is possible over the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of this region on 16-Oct-2017 at 15:30 UT is:
S14E90, ( -933", -232" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
