Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has reached an intermediate level since the last message. The largest event during the period was an M1.2 flare at 22:07 UT yesterday from the target region NOAA 14207. This region retains a beta–gamma configuration and produced over ten additional C-class flares, including a C9.6 flare. Today, we will continue to watch NOAA 14207. Additionally, two mid-C-class flares (C4.5 and C5.1) were produced by the west limb (likely from NOAA 14199), accompanied by a CME (see the SSW Latest Events entry https://www.lmsal.com/solarsoft/latest_events/#Double_Eruption_Double_CME_On_and_Behind_West_Limb_Complex_Contiguous_Eleven_Hour_VLDE). Further C-class activity is expected, with a chance of additional low-M-class flares in the following 24–48 hours.
The position of NOAA 14207 on 7-Sep-2025 at 11:30 UT is:
N29W28 (392",366")
