Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a low level. Target region NOAA 13068 displayed signs of both decay and growth since the last message, but continues to be classified as a beta-gamma/E-type sunspot group. This region was the source of the largest magnitude flare of the period, a C6.9 on 3-Aug-2022 at 16:54 UT. More C-class flares are possible over the following 24-hour period.
The position of NOAA 13068 on 4-Aug-2022 at 12:30 UT is:
S15W31 , ( 470", -327" )
