Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased to a moderate-to-high level since the last message. Target NOAA 14055 retains its beta-gamma-delta configuration and was the most flare-productive region on the disk, producing 15 low M-class flares and a number of C-class flares during the period, including the largest—an M2.7 at 11:35 UT yesterday. At this point, we are initiating a Major Flare Watch on NOAA 14055. Further low M-class flares are expected within the next 24 hours, with a chance of an isolated >M5 flare.
The position of NOAA 14055 on 13-Apr-2025 at 11:30 UT is:
N04W71 (903",97")
