Dear Collaborators,
The target region NOAA 12730 has decayed to a plage region since the last message. It has remained quiescent but still displays some bright EUV and H-alpha emission. No significant flare activity is expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12730 on 13-Dec-18 at 16:00 UT is:
N09W06, ( 99", 163" )
