Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been very low since the last message. The target region, NOAA 14409 produced several mid-to-high B class flares during its West limb transit. The largest event in the past 24 hours was a B7.6 flare at 12:39 UT today(4/10) from NOAA 14414. While this region lost one of its leading (positive polarity) sunspots, a few
tiny spots appeared at its trailing (negative) polarity region, where the B7.6 event came from.
Today we will switch the target to NOAA 14414 to observe its trailing polarity region. High-B to C class events are expected.
The position of the target in NOAA 14414 on 10-April-2026 at 16:00 UT is: N17E45 (-649", 346").
