Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at an extremely low level. The solar disk remains spotless and the target region has continued to decay. This plage region will remain the target for another 24 hours because a small amount of new magnetic flux is emerging behind its trailing portion. No significant flares have occurred in the past 24 hours, and no change in activity is expected in the following 24-hour period.
The approximate position of this region on 16-Sep-2018 at 16:00 UT is:
S07W50, ( 726", -192" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
