Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at low levels. NOAA 12831 produced a C1.4 flare from behind the northwest limb at 10:46 UT today as it rotates out of view. NOAA 12829 has remained quiescent and has begun to decay in its leading portion. NOAA 12829 shall remain the target region for a further 24 hours although no increase in activity is expected at this time.
The position of NOAA 12829 on 8-Jun-2021 at 15:30 UT is:
S18W26, ( 395", -296" )
