Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. NOAA 12280 remains the largest and most magnetically complex spotted region on the visible disk. 12280 maintained spot area and increased in number of spots and was reclassified as a beta-gamma-delta/D-type sunspot region. 12280 has also continued to produce C-class flares. Further C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours, with a chance for an isolated M-class flare.
The position of NOAA 12280 on 9-Feb-2015 at 23:00 UT is:
S07W38, ( 593", -31" )
