Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at a low level. The largest flare of the last 24 hours was an M1.3 from NOAA 13990 at 09:48 UT today. NOAA 13992 has shown a slight increase in dynamic sunspot behaviour since the last message but remains classified as a beta-gamma region. NOAA 13992 will continue as the target region, however attention should also be paid to NOAA 13990. Further C-class flares are anticipated with the chance for additional low M-class activity.
The position of NOAA 13992 on 14-February-2025 at 12:30 UT is:
S06W33, (528", -4") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
