Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has slightly increased since the last message. The target region NOAA 13889 (S10W20) continues to be the most flare-productive region on the disk, being the source of seven C-class flares and the largest magnitude flare in the period - an M1.7 at 16:57 UT yesterday (11/13). 13889 retains a beta-gamma-delta magnetic configuration, which is emerging new flux in its trailing portion. The Major Flare Watch shall remain in effect with NOAA 13889 for a further 24 hours due to the possibility of an >M5 flare.
The position of NOAA 13889 on 14-Nov-2024 at 08:30 UT is:
S10W20 (327",-214")
