Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at C-level. The largest event since the last message was a C7.3 flare at 11:36 UT today from NOAA 13167, which will soon rotate over the northwest limb. NOAA 13169 in the northeast quadrant, has also remained flare productive, and retains its beta/D-type configuration, with perhaps some mixed polarity in its leader spot. It shall continue as the target region with further C-level activity expected over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13169 on 19-Dec-2022 at 12:30 UT is:
N21E54, ( -737", 363" )
