Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a very low level. Yesterday's target NOAA 14307 (S15W67) only produced two ~C1 flares (C1.4 and C1.0) during the period. It retains a beta/D-type configuration but begins to decrease in the sunspot area and number of spots. Today the target will switch to a northeast limb region which produced three C-class flares including the largest one, a C1.9 at 13:47 UT yesterday. Additional C-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on December 17 at 12:30 UT is: N19E88 (-920", 300")
