Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at an extremely low level with the visible disk remaining spotless. No flares have occurred since the last message. The target plage region appears to be in decay phase. Quiet-Sun condition should continue in the following 24-hour period.
The approximate position of the target on July 2 at 07:30 UT is:
S20W20 (380", -380”)
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
