Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a low level since the last message. The largest event in the past 24 hours was a C2.4 flare at 13:32 UT today (4/7) produced by the target region NOAA 14409. This region also produced a few high-B class flares from the East side of the leading sunspot that increased in size due to merging.
Today we will continue to observe NOAA 14409. Additional high-B to C class events are expected from the East side of the leading sunspot.
The position of the target in NOAA 14409 on 7-April-2026 at 16:00 UT is: N00W56 (801", 69").
