MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity continues at a very low level. All regions on the visible solar disk are magnetically simple. The target region NOAA 1756 is decaying but remains a very extended F-type/beta region. No significant flare events expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 1756 on May 28 at 13:00 UT is: S20W34 (Solar X = 499", Solar Y = -310")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
